A collaboration between an on-trend creative and an expert construction specialist Dianne and Fred are the perfect blend of complementary expertise. With over 50 years of collective experience they built their firm on the highest standards of quality and integrity. Combining two unique and integral sets of skills they are with you every step of the way in the process of creating your perfect home.
The Team
Dianne Tappe
Working hand in hand with homeowners, from site selection to sourcing inspiring finishes, Dianne listens carefully to her clients needs. Her favorite part of the process? Collaborating with owners to achieve their goals. Dianne embraces logistics on and off the job site with an exacting attention to detail. With 25+ years of experience in design and construction management, she’s a pro at creating homes that are the perfect reflection of you. Dianne has spent most of her career in Massachusetts, with an 8-year stint designing luxury homes in the mountains of Colorado. A can-do personality who isn’t afraid to take risks, one can usually find her pouring over plans or working with subcontractors to ensure delivery of their finest craftsmanship.
Fred Igoe
Fred brings decades of experience in construction and civil engineering to the Tappe & Igoe team. Originally from Ireland where he owned a civil engineering company, Fred’s projects included the installation of components for large bridges and tunnels. He has an expert eye for the structural details of the build site. His favorite part of the process? The excavation and framing aspect of constructing a house. A self-proclaimed value engineer, he will always go the extra mile to make sure you’re spending smarter. Fred is all about function first when building a home. His mantra? “From day one, the quality of the structure comes first.”
